These Terms of Service («Terms») govern the use of the towing and roadside assistance services provided by AMERICA FINEST CARRIER LLC («Company», «we», «us», or «our»). By requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

AMERICA FINEST CARRIER LLC provides professional towing, vehicle recovery, and roadside assistance (including but not limited to jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery). All services are subject to equipment availability and safe operating conditions.

2. SMS and Mobile Communication (Critical for Compliance)

By providing your phone number and requesting assistance, you provide express consent to receive text messages (SMS) from us.

  • Purpose: SMS will be used solely for service coordination, including sending location links, providing price quotes, and sharing driver arrival updates.
  • Opt-out: You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
  • Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies per service request.

3. Pricing and Payments

Quotes: Verbal or SMS quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary if the actual location, vehicle condition, or service complexity differs from the initial report.

Payments: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept [Credit Cards/Cash/etc.].

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure they are in a safe location. The customer or an authorized representative must be present with the vehicle at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. You must provide accurate vehicle information and location details.

5. Liability and Damages

AMERICA FINEST CARRIER LLC utilizes professional equipment and trained drivers. However, we are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather or hazardous road conditions).

6. Cancellations

Cancellations made after a tow truck has been dispatched may be subject to a «Go-all» or dispatch fee to cover fuel and labor costs.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
